We act for some of the biggest names within the legal sector, providing outsourced employment law support on complex M&A activity. We assist law firms and their clients with pre-merger planning, due diligence reporting, post-completion integration and all employment law issues in between.
We partner with law firms to offer advice on their internal employment law issues as well as providing support on their external client work. Our flexible service means we can work as external counsel, or on a seconded basis (see Seconded Legal Support), depending on what the project requires.
We also work with LLPs and partnerships on the specific challenges associated with these business structures such as covenants, team moves, partner appointments, exits and remuneration models, all within the regulatory framework applicable to solicitors.
